What does the free trial include?

CROSStrax pricing offers a 7 day complimentary trial of the software to evaluate and see the benefits and features of the case management platform. Once the trial is complete, select a plan that best meets your current needs. There are no contracts or obligations and a credit card is not required to start a trial.

Can the system be branded for my company?

Yes! You can upload your logo and company information. When the login screen is displayed, your logo and company name will appear. Your logo, company name, and tagline can be displayed throughout the system as well.

I am a sole proprietor, can I use CROSStrax?

Yes. You can utilize the system in many ways to save time and grow your business. Utilize the financial features to track the time you spend on cases. Stay organized without hiring an office employee. Keep clients updated and connect to the system when in the field. Do I have to sign any long-term contracts?

Never! CROSStrax pricing is a “pay-as-you-go” service and we want you to enjoy using the software – you can’t do that if you’re forced to use us. You simply pay month-to-month. There are no contracts or obligations on your part, and you can cancel your account at any time.

Is the system compatible with Mac or PC’s?

Both! The system can be utilized by any device that can connect to the internet. Have a PC at the office and an IPad in the car? No problem. You can access the system from your phone, computer, tablet or from the Apple or Andriod app.

Who has access to my data?

You and the users you allow to access your system. We cannot view or access your investigative data at any time. Additionally, we have no need to access your data in order to provide service or implement product updates. The CROSStrax Support Team has access to information related to your CROSStrax account (name, address, phone, etc). We DO NOT have access to user’s case information, client information, usernames or passwords. We do offer an executable NDA as part of our terms of service.
